I've only been able to watch the show in spurts when I have the time, but have "the others" actually killed anybody? Sure they've removed people, but who knows what they do with their captives, maybe they're doing nice things to them. And yeah in the previews, they showed Micheal running around with a cast on, so he probably just shot his arm to justify his gangster bang bang. I also think Libby is still alive or at least salvageable; why else focus on the pillow so much, when every other character who has been shot, you see blood and bullet holes in the chest.

And what ever happend to that crazy guy from the surgeons past (seen running stairs in the stadium) who was hanging out in the vault? He just kind of ran off into the bush with an AK47.
