I think Michael has been brainwashed/drugged by the others into either getting Henry back, or to set the survivors up for a trap.

I think he goes in there gets them all fired up for a little war, telling them they are all old and not well armed, and sets them up for a huge trap.

Someone said it earlier but I think Michael shot himself in the arm to try and blame things on Ana Lucia and Libby somehow.

Pretty good episode last night. Looking forward to next week's.
