My mindset with sports is enjoy the highs, don't let the lows get to you. That's not to say some moments aren't hard to deal with - e.g. Game 6/7 against T-bay. But in general this stuff really doesn't get to me anymore. Sports should be fun. If its not fun - you're taking it too seriously.
Things to look forward too:
- Baseball season is already underway
- The NHL draft is approaching (my favourite day of the year by far)
- World Cup of Soccer
- Whatever else you're into.
