I don't have a link but it is true. Michelle Rodriquez in fact took a plea for a few days in the clink instead of doing a bunch of community service.
Another interesting casting note. The actor that plays Walt has reached puberty and is apparently having a little growth spurt. This complicates things because the show's story is done in real time and the cast has only been "LOST" for a few months now. So how do you explain Walt's sudden change in appearance? Maybe the kid never makes it back.
