Thank you for the feedback. I understand that you are anxious about your console pre-orders. It is a big deal to you and to us. In order to address your concerns there is nothing much that I can add to what it has already been communicated. All of our pre-orders are guaranteed, we did not take more preorders than the ones we could actually fulfill on our first batch of inventory. If you pre-ordered with us online or in-store your order will not be back-ordered.
In regards of the shipping, our team is working hard with our shipping partner to ensure that you receive your order on launch day. Measures are being taken to ensure that this is the case. Having said that, there are different factors that play that can affect delivery times such as weather, traffic, delivery location, etc.
