That radio signal they quickly got but couldn't understand I hope isn't Governor related. If they believe it's a bigger group of survivors that resembles some sense of civilization, maybe in Atlanta, it could give them some new hope and a goal. Or could just be a rehash of Woodbury.
I also enjoyed the illness plot line. I like the focus on the obstacles that would exist in this type of world and that's absolutely something that should be prevalent. Maybe not a super disease, but drinking dirty water, spoiled food, even scraps and cuts could become life threatening. Throw in the zombies and there should be enough conflict that there doesn't need to be this pure evil being in the Governor. I wouldn't mind if at one point this group of survivors become the morally ambiguous group and in order to survivor become the "bad guys" to another group who turned them away from their haven.
