Lake Louise has a couple of accessible areas just out of bounds (west bowl off of the summit, and the elevator shaft? off of Larch chair). They are both pretty well marked and established from what I remember, though I haven't actually skied either of them. Sunshine has lots of stuff just out of bounds, as well as delirium dive and another inbounds area that require avy gear.

For easy tours, I've done black prince and pocaterra in Kananaskis country. Both are pretty short approaches with some nice skiing. Burstall pass is easy but it's a longer approach. Off of the parkway bow summit is really popular, crowfoot glades is another nice area with an easy approach.
