I couldn't care less where we finish this year as long as Hartley keeps these guys hungry which is exactly what he is doing. If your not going full tilt you will be benched. Have to hold these guys to a higher standard since they are the future like C4L said. Nothing wrong with instilling work ethic in these guys while they are still young.
