So is Sony doing a complete 180 on their DRM stance? If this is true it's even more restrictive than Microsofts stance.

Looks like they also have a little big brother going on in the PSN where they can check up on you and monitor you if they see fit possibly banning you from PSN if you are not using licensed software (i.e. used games, loaned games, etc);
