I dont think that CFL officiating is dialed in to favor any one team at any one time...ever. That being said its beyond absurd to suggest that in recent years the Riders havent had the benefit of many questionable calls in excess of what one would normally expect. But their own inabilities to execute at those critical moments have prevented them from much more glory.

You say that as if the referees were helpless in their quest to hand the Riders the game. However, the too many men call was 100% Saskatchewan's fault and there's literally nothing else to say about it.
I do agree that the Roughriders have been on the better end of a few questionable calls over the years, but look around the league and you'll see these exact same calls being made between teams that aren't wearing green. The officiating is a league-wide problem. It's not just about Saskatchewan.
For the record, the 13th man was devastating and I seriously felt like knocking who ever was responsible the #### out. I'm sure a good portion of the province was in a similar mood that Monday as well.
