Seems weird that the Flames were able to get a 2nd pairing D man for two down the ropes prospects.

So let me see if I can follow this.. the Erixon trade looks like:

Tom
Shane McColgan
Broissot (6th round pick)

for

Ladislav Smid
Tyler Wotherspoon
Markus Granlund
