Bump. Need to get this electricity thing resolved pretty soon. Some of these companies offer a lower rate with deposit... how soon do I get my deposit back? Is it regulated? Or vary from provider to provider? Seems like all these providers from spot to NRG to mountain view all offer lower prices below enmax even without a deposit... so why chose enmax?
