He never went on big "gay" rants. He just used the words f##### and gay as derogatory words which is still quite widespread...
As for the women beating, he hasnt had a serious song like that in a while (something like "kim"). He has had songs where he jokes about it but thats just eminem. If not doing that means no more songs like Love Game than no thank you. Its just jokes.
Also, while he still has the joke songs about women, he also mentions how its hypocritical of him when hes a parent multiple times on the album. He also apologizes to his mom....
