I dunno if I'd say it's obvious he's talking about a wrestling match. At some parts it sure seems like it does, and others, it seems like he's talking about something far more personal or illegal. At this point, with everything going on, and everything we know about him, who knows what it could be.
As for Hulk, he was just recently in Calgary doing the same sort of promo thing he was doing in Toronto, so I don't even know if that has anything to do with it. It sure could, but I'm not sure it's obvious that it does.
