So, what does today bring?
I admit I have been sucked in by the scandal and gossip. Let's see how big this trainwreck gets. My neck is sore from rubbernecking, but I'm loving it.
They say a person is trying to sell a third tape, but apparently it's just the Mayor intoxicated. Can't see how that's worth very much as everyone is used to that by now.
And the media seems to be keeping on top of the Mayor and mayor's office vs Police Chief angle. Get kinda irate about people who make their own crappy beds, and then are too scared or egotistical to lie in them so they point fingers elsewhere. Kinda hoping the police eventually get to take down Robbie, heck maybe Dougie too!
The big question is, will city hall be able to force Rob to do anything? Do they have the power? It seems they are quickly all coming to the same conclusion, except Doug of course, but short of making things tough for Rob, do they actually have anything they can do to remove him? I don't think so, but maybe there is a provision somewhere they can use based on Rob coming to work drunk, or something like that.
