I've never seen input lag in any form listed by any manufacturers. You need to do some research. In the past it's usually been a TV with fewer processing gimmicks and so probably one of the cheaper TVs. Recently manufacturers have become more aware of gamers, so some more expensive TVs do well. Lag is measured against CRT TVs and monitors.
