MarchHare kinda hits on it, but isn't that the bigger problem here? Ford's decision making? When you hear him admit to smoking crack, he almost brushes off "one of his drunken stupors" as something that happens regularly with him (and based on the stories we see, not a stretch). As if somehow getting so lit up you can consider hitting the rock is acceptable? Its also another one of those situations where the first time he does it happens to be the first (and only) time he gets caught doing it? Again very hard to believe. Which sums up Rob Ford: very difficult to believe anything he says, horribly untrustworthy.
