When you preach something and practice something else, like Hartley has benching Sven repeatedly, you don't think it has an affect on work ethic? Because the stats seem to be speaking against you with remarkably consistency.
... oh, and dont get me wrong as a Sven defender... but when he is being benched and other "veteren" players like Glencross, Butler and Jackman are getting a pass, it makes his merit message sickeningly hollow.
