The standard EB Games, Future Shop, Best Buy, Walmart will likely have a few but they will likely get snapped up pretty quick.
I would say your chances at getting one on launch are slim, unless you plan on lining up early. Check Staples, apparently they were still taking pre-orders not too long ago.
