I just don't understand how any of this is a suprise. I mean, the type of game and system that eakin is trying to instill just don't fit the make up of the team. I don't believe coaches should cater to the roster but some attention needs to be payed to the strengths of your squad. To that end, it's also not Eakins fault, assuming he laid out his plan in his job interview. Management needs to look at the team and look at the coaches and find the match. Clearly this is a total miss, again.
