They're a little expensive but that red looks really get on the Nexus 5 from the photo.

The quick covers would be a neat option too. Seen them lots on S4's and liked them.

I was thinking about those cases as well but I found Spigen makes a very nice case as well at seem to rival the OEM ones at a slightly lower price point while still looking very OEM minus the whole Nexus logo.

DBrand is also making skins for the phone, who was it that got the customized flames carbon fiber skin on their Nexus 4? That would look nice or just the titanium feel for the phone. They only just got the back cover out so far though.
