Backlund and Baertschi were awesome together last year despite not potting more goals and I think Backlund
has the IQ to put it together but over the past few years he only gets a few games at a time in a scoring role then sent back down to grind it out.

This year...thus far...5 minutes a game MORE than Colborne for Backlund and he has
1 more point. Thats no better than JC. Now as far as the other aspects of the game, Backlund has been OK and so has Colborne... but Colborne has been much MUCH better of late and as such, Backlund has earned the spot he sits in right now.
Its really no big deal and nothing he cant work his way out of.
