IMO part of the problem is that Oilers management overvalues their players so much that they think teams are going to give their top assets for these guys but the truth is they aren't that good and maybe that's why MacTavish hasn't been able to walk the walk. I don't see any simple solution for this team outside of blowing the roster up.
