I don't know what to say to you. I respect everyone's opinion's here but you just aren't rational and get too emotionally involved with players you like. You are so over the top that I feel it's no use arguing with you. Backlund is a very mediocre player right now and if he's ever going to fulfil his potential he needs to be prodded now because he's getting at that age where if he doesn't turn the corner soon he's going to get added to the scrap heap of 1st round draft picks that didn't live up to their potential.
