Glencross with many turnovers and being weak on the puck = 20 minutes playing with offensive capable players in Stajan and Jones
Backlund playing hard in both ends of the ice and being the only player who can consistently win face-offs = 8 minutes playing with a goon and a grinder

How will he show his offensive potential with that?
