They actually had a customer service guy from the Coyotes call me after the game to get opinion and feedback on how to make it better. So they are trying!
I know they're also encouraging tailgating on all weekend games as well which should help. If I had played my cards right I could have been significantly more intoxicated watching the Coyotes and Wings on the Saturday! (and subsequently have Mike Smith kill my buzz live in person by demolishing my fantasy team with his goal
