This building, and the other ones that will be starting up soon, are for the most part, already leased.
Cenovus, for example, is taking up the majority of this building.
Shaw is taking up the office space in 3 Eau Claire.
Telus is taking up the office space in Telus Sky. (Taller building than Suncor Energy Centre).
A few years ago, Suncor Energy Centre (formerly Petro Canada Centre) had stood as the tallest building in Western Canada for nearly twenty years. 5 years from now, it will only be the 4th tallest building within 1 block of itself. (Brookfield Place, the Bow, and Telus Sky all being taller)
