Oh I know....I was just getting at restrictions as far as hunting goes.
Baiting is where a "hunter" fills an oil drum sized plastic container with food to attract animals and drops it in an opening. He will then scale a near by tree and waits till something shows up.
Other than trophy hunting/poaching, I have no issues with going out on a hunt at all. I'd actually like to try it myself one day.
