Didn't Kypreos say 7m per is where Phaneuf's camp set the bar?

In these negotiations it always seems the player will initially ask for about 15-20% more than where the dollar figure does finally end up landing.

Phaneuf asking for 7m per? I'll predict he re-signs @ 5.6m - 5.95m per.
