Been struggling to remain consistent lately. My diet has been off and I think it affects my energy levels. October has been, and always will be, an incredibly busy month for me, so some days I just decide to rest instead of working out. I'm still doing it about 3 days per week, plus one day of hockey per week, but considering I was working out 5 or 6 days per week before hockey started I'm feeling like I'm taking shortcuts.

I was at a conference last week and I worked out in my hotel room both nights I was away, and then I come home and completely wrote off working out for three nights in a row now. So I'm up and down with working out. I'm hoping that once this week is over that I can really own it for November and December.
