The second bridge over the Bow would need to be started when they do "West Stoney Trail" aka 16th Avenue to Highway 8. I say that because there's a chance they could divide the job into parts. Your estimate is as good as any right now though. Tunnels would be a lose term I imagine, since I doubt they would be fully enclosed needing ventilation.

Spelling mistakes happen too often in everything, official or not. A couple signage typo examples include "Nosehill Drive" instead of "Nose Hill Drive" on Stoney over the Bow River, and "114 Street" instead of "114 Avenue" on SE Stoney.
