Actress Julianne Hough has offered an apology after being snapped in blackface on the way to a Los Angeles Halloween party on Friday.

Hough was part of an ensemble appearing as characters from the Netflix hit Orange is the New Black.

She was dressed as Suzanne "Crazy Eyes" Warren, who falls for former smuggler Piper Chapman while they are inmates.

"I am a huge fan of the show Orange is the New black, actress Uzo Aduba, and the character she has created," Hough wrote on her Twitter account Saturday.
