Definately would have been nice to see him close it out... The thing is you could say the same thing about Fed, up a break 5-3 on Vasek in the second set serving for the match and Vasek broke him.
Most impressive thing about the match was beating Fed in a tiebreak, indoors in Basel.
This time next year with another season on the odometer of Fed, Vasek will paste him if he plays this well. I really think his game and mental strength has come a long way this year. Still a little over emotional sometimes, but as a spectator I love it.
