...basically this sucker is done kids. I'm just going to give it a final polish tonight then send it to Big Daddy Cheese to post on the site.

Some questions to ponder prior to the posting of the report:
- The Edmonton Oilers have dominated these rankings in the past, but for the first time they may be dethroned. The Rangers, Wild, Flyers are all candidates to be ranked #1 for prospects. Though the Oilers could still end up at the top of the heap again.
- A number of organizations have really turned around their organizations from a prospect standpoint moving up dramtically in the standings.
- The competition for worst prospect base is just as heated with teams like the Bruins and Jets in the mix.
