I still don't understand why people want this guy on the 4th line. We should be developing him into something better then a 4th line checker with his skill. He very well can be a top 6 center with his hockey attributes.
From what I've seen he can already handle a top 9 role. I realize there's a clog up front, but put him on the wing or trade stajan if absolutely necessary. That move will make our top 9 bigger which is a plus, even if we lose a veteran presence.
We can always bring in someone like Knight who could play an effective 4th line game as well as come in for key face off situations as he rocks in that department.

I'm fine with him on the 4th line for now. Stajan will likely be gone by the deadline which will give everyone else a chance to move up a line.
