This portion of the ring road is more complex and could possibly have a larger impact than the SE on existing traffic, so it would not be as quick as the other quadrants. The NE had it the easiest in terms of dealing with existing traffic as the majority of the work was in green fields.

So if approval is given tomorrow, then the road will be completed by 2023. That seems like a way out but the project looks huge and will take years to finish.
