Clever... using the same rational a veteran mind might be damaged by the trauma of war time... so it won't be much good to a young hockey player either...

But if you assume that post apex (per Weisbrod's definition) is an aging hockey player (in his 30's) you assume of sound hockey mind, starting to lose a step in the body my comment is right on
