I would check Costco. I have never shopped for furniture in Calgary, but I have had luck there in other cities.

Also, I have bought furniture from The Brick and Leons before. You can find deals, but some of the stuff is overpriced and both stores usually sell the same crap but for some reasons the prices on similar items can vary.
