These are hot/cold players people, there is a reason they aren't earning 5 million per season.

People complaining about Glencross aren't complaining about his production, they're complaining about the inconsistency of his effort. If Stempniak's production goes cold (and it will - I have him in my pool), he'll at least maintain a consistent effort.
