The reaction isn't all about production. For some, it's about effort. On a team trying to build an identity for young NHLers, you need the veterans to buy in every game. Glencross stands out for his often lackadisical and undisciplined play. And that isn't a recent thing - he's always been like that. It's tolerable on a veteran team, but very undesirable on a young rebuilding team.
