Yeah, it wasn't the best play by Russell, but pavelski is done of the best players in the league, those guys win more of those plays than the lose.
The whole point of a defensive scheme is to minimize the impact of mistakes. Wideman's only job there is net front presence, especially since they had a forward back with them.
Russell didn't play it well, I agree, but that's why he has a defensive partner, to cover of him.
