I don't want to be too rude here, but I seriously question your knowledge when you say things like AP is a 'distant' third, and then you start comparing the Royal Oak Offshore to the Patek Nautilus. The Nautilus competitor is the Royal Oak, not the Royal Oak
Offshore.
