I doubt it happens all that often in the games considering how serious the NHL takes it and with all the cameras even if the res missed it we would hear about it the next day from TSN, Sportsnet or the league itself.
Even the TSN guys talked about how you never see it anymore and guys don't do it like they used in the 70's/80's.
