So, King Hippo, you equate healthy eating with being in some kind of peak physical condition?
I just don't see Jamie Oliver saying that kids shouldn't be eating trans fats, mechanically separated ammonia washed meat, and massive doses of HFCS as something offensive even if he has put on a few pounds.
I ride my bike a ton, work out, (if less often than I should), and eat reasonably (very little processed food and don't eat out much), I have ideal blood pressure and a resting heart rate around 50-60 and consider myself healthy, but I'm also probably 20-25 lbs over an ideal weight. There's eating healthy and being healthy, and then there's being a model physical specimen. They're all different things.
The fact that you take umbrage at his efforts to educate the public about healthy food choices is nothing short of bizarre.
Full fat cream is not particularly unhealthy if used in moderation, I'm not sure the same can be said about pink slime meat filler. What nutritional needs does it satisfy?
