I find this message inspiring as a guy who could lose 20lbs. For those with a small amount to lose seeing a regular person who can find time to get in shape can be inspiring. I see whats your excuse as a challange not as an insult.
Now I can see the other side that a person who has battled and struggled with weight seeing this as just an attack on them. And that if your weight problem is psychologically based it making the problem worse.
But for lots of people in honestly is as simple as eat vegatables for snacks, eliminate sugared drinks, get rid of the processed foods, and excercise a bit. For the people that it is just a simple lifestyle change the whats your excuse is a good challange and a motivator.
