Most gym's also have a daycare where you can drop your kids off for the 45 minutes you are at the gym. I see a steady stream of parents going through there every day that I am at the gym. Is that 45-60 minute time span your kid is in daycare playing with other kids any worse than the hour you spend watching The Walking Dead while your kid plays on your iPhone? Because I am sure that is what a lot of these complainers consider parent-kid interaction these days.
The other day I watched two kids hug each other as they arrived to day care at the same time, the parents didn't even know each other.. they gave a look and then introduced themselves with the "Well I guess our kids are friends" comment and a mutual laugh.
So that day care must really be torture for these kids, scarring them for life with your parental neglect. Hold on though my favourite show is on and the PVR is full. OMG I am checking facebook what do you need? Etc.. etc.. hard to find that time eh?
