No, actually, it's not easy. If it was easy, there would be no fat dudes. I never thought it would be easy to slim down; it takes a lot of effort and dedication to change yourself, and if you take the attitude that you are a special case who has challenges nobody else faces, you are going to fail. Those who criticize this woman on the basis that she has unique circumstances that make her an exceptional case are deceiving themselves.
