She has a passion for fitness and a job based around it (her website doesn't outline exactly what she does). Good for her, but the message is delivered in a snotty tone whether she meant it or not. If you have a passion for something it's obviously going to come a little easier than if you don't. If you love something (taking pictures, carpentry, auto repair etc.), you're going to get better at it. I don't see why you have to be condescending about it. I legitimately see what she's trying to say, but she went about it in a way that was inviting annoyance.
