I do find it a bit comical that so many of us instantly went to her being a personal trainer in essence "making an excuse'". Instead she owns some retirement home. She wakes up early and works out when she can by making room by not watching TV. At least according to the article in the original post.
How many of the women that don't have the time are the same people who's Tuesday was so busy because they had to watch Dancing with the Stars and Grey's Anatomy and read the new Twilight book before giving us an update on it on Facebook prior to instagramming their fried chicken dinner? Those are the people she's trying to send a message to.
Yep, genetics, stress and all those other factors play a role. I feel bad for those who put in the effort but don't get the results but those are a minority and not the people the message is targeting.
As for me, I'm a fat #### who knows it's my own personal choices and I have no excuse outside of unhealthy food being so damn tasty.
