Fasth is 31. He's pretty old. And is a UFA after next season. He wants to play more, but Hiller is playing well. It might take a 2nd, but probably not more than that.
Reimer is 25. The leafs are have cap problems, Reimer is clearly getting shafted by the Bernier trade. and Bernier continues to play this way, he will be a clear number 1. They might as well free up the space, than have a 25 y/o goalie ride the pine. Organizations also have to consider whats best for their player, not just for their team. So I think he goes a bit cheap to the right team.
In my opinion, Reimer is more like Ben Bishop rather than Bernier or Schneider (a number 1, but not a top 10 goalie in the league). And Bishop was traded for Conacher. And IMO Conacher is somewhere between a 2nd and a 3rd, probably closer to a 3rd. So Reimer probably fetches somewhere in there as well.

Hiller is an upcoming UFA. I don't see them trading Fasth until that issue is resolved.
The do have two solid young goalies in the AHL in Gibson and Andersen also.
There is no reason for the Leafs to trade Reimer unless they are getting a decent goalie back also. If Bernier gets hurt or his play goes downhill Reimer is a great backup plan.
